1. Prerequisite
Before you begin, ensure JumpCloud SSO is enabled on your AirMason account.
2. Configure the SSO Application in JumpCloud
Log in to JumpCloud.
Navigate to Access.
Click SSO Applications.
Select AirMason SSO.
3. Set Up Identity Management (SCIM)
Go to the Identity Management tab.
2. Click Configure Settings and enter the provided base URL.
3. Enter the following:
Base URL:
https://api.airmason.com/api/v1/scim/v2
4. Go back to your AirMason dashboard
5. Navigate to JumpCloud settings
6. Select SCIM
7. Click Generate API Key
8. Copy the key and paste it into the Token field in JumpCloud
4. Test the Connection
Enter a Test User Email
(This can be any email from your team.)
Click Test Connection.
✅ If successful, the test user will appear in your AirMason employee list.
5. Assign Users
Go to the User Groups tab.
Select the group(s) containing the users you want to provision.
Click Save.
6. Sync Users
The sync will begin automatically.
⏱️ This may take a few minutes.
Once complete, users will appear in your AirMason employee list.
