Setting up JumpCloud SCIM for AirMason

Add SCIM protocol to your existing JumpCloud SSO setup.

1. Prerequisite

Before you begin, ensure JumpCloud SSO is enabled on your AirMason account.

2. Obtaining your API Key

  1. Go to your AirMason dashboard

  2. Navigate to JumpCloud settings

  3. Select SCIM and click Generate API Key

  4. Copy that Key for Step 4.

3. Configure the SSO Application in JumpCloud

  1. Log in to JumpCloud.

  2. Navigate to Access.

  3. Click SSO Applications.

  4. Select AirMason.

4. Set Up Identity Management (SCIM)

  1. Go to the Identity Management tab.

  2. Click Configure Settings and enter the provided base URL.

  3. Enter the following:

    1. Token Key: <They Key Copied in Step 1>

  4. Enter a Test User Email then click Test Connection.

    ✅ If successful, a test user will be added to your AirMason employee list and removed after a few seconds.

5. Assign Users

  1. Go to the User Groups tab.

  2. Select the group(s) containing the users you want to provision.

  3. Click Save.

6. Sync Users

  • The sync will begin automatically.

  • ⏱️ This may take a few minutes.

  • Once complete, users will appear in your AirMason employee list.
