AirMason's AI Assistant is a built-in writing tool that lives right inside the editor. It works off the text on your page to help you rewrite, reword, and improve your handbook copy, whether you need to shorten a wordy paragraph, formalize the tone, elaborate on a thin section, or get suggested policy language. You can even adjust the color of your text along the way.
Ready to get started? Follow the steps below to edit any section of your handbook with the AI Assistant.
Step 1: Open the AirMason editor
Head into the AirMason editor and open the handbook you'd like to work on.
Step 2: Highlight the text you want to change
Navigate to the page you want to edit, find the text you'd like to alter, and highlight the desired text with your cursor.
Step 3: Open the AI Assistant and add your prompt
Select the AI Assistant and enter a prompt describing the change you want. You can also click the Ideas button to view recommended prompts, or quickly select Rephrase, Elaborate, Shorten, or Formalize.
Step 4: Generate your new text
Click the arrow to generate your new text based on your prompt.
Step 5: Make any final tweaks
Not quite right? You can adjust the generated text by clicking into the text box and editing it directly. You can also ask the AI to refine your text further or regenerate a new version until it's exactly what you want.
Step 6: Accept your changes
Once you're happy with the result, click Accept. Your new text is automatically pasted into the text box, replacing the original.
And that's it! The AI Assistant makes it easy to fine-tune your handbook copy without leaving the editor. Highlight, prompt, review, and accept, one section at a time.
