This is a commonly asked question. Viewing your handbook in the "preview" link will only show the latest version (think of this as a "draft").
The two links will be different so be sure to publish your changes in order for the edits to take effect.
Important note: any edits made under the Theme tab will be live instantly, no need to publish.
