What's the difference between a preview vs. published link?
What's the difference between a preview vs. published link?

Trying to figure out which link to send? The two handbook links will be different, so be mindful of which one you wish to share.

Preview Links

Preview links display the current state of your document — think of it like a "draft". This is especially useful if the document is still being edited or is in progress. Sending someone a preview link does not require them to sign in to AirMason. You can continue making edits until you're ready to publish.

A screenshot example is below, where a bottom banner indicating it is a preview is clearly visible. You can also view our "How to get a handbook's preview link" article.

Published Links

Published links display the last published version of your document — think of it as the current "live version". This link will showcase page animations and effects/transitions, etc. When publishing, you will encounter a process that prompts you to choose whether or not to notify employees of the changes.

Important note: Any edits/changes made to the handbook will only take effect and appear live if the handbook is published.
