Step 1: From your admin dashboard, select a handbook tile and hover over "View published".
Step 2: Click the arrow to select and view the most recent published version of the handbook.
Step 3: Next, you will notice a banner bar at the bottom of the page.
This will tell what handbook version you are currently reviewing.
Step 4: Clicking on the arrow will reveal a dropdown list of any previously published versions of the handbook.
Step 4: Toggle on/off "Show changes" to see what's been updated.
Step 5: Any text changes will appear highlighted for you to reference visually.

This feature is exclusively only visible on the admin side of AirMason. Any collaborators who have permission to view a handbook will have access to this feature.

When you toggle on "Show changes", it will only display text modifications.

Anything that is underlined in blue indicates a new update. Anything that is underlined in red and crossed out indicates the text has been removed from the version you are currently viewing.

It's possible there might not actually be any content or text changes between the versions because the handbook's aesthetic design was updated. Another possible reason is that someone could have viewed the page within the editor but decided not to proceed with the update.
