If you’ve received a notification about this, it means certain file attachments were missing or we’ve responded to your comments, hoping for your input on how to proceed. To ensure we're aligned and fully understand your feedback, the AirMason design team may ask follow-up questions for clarification.
If your comment has been rejected/omitted, feel free to refer to the FAQ section before reaching out to our support team. Thank you for your time and cooperation in advance. We appreciate you submitting your feedback comments and look forward to finalizing your handbook!
Step 1: The design team will email you a unique link to review our questions/responses. Click the blue "Review comments here" button in the message.
Step 2: You’ll re-enter the feedback feature tool. A top ribbon will now display a counter showing the number of comments needing clarification. Click the bar to open the comments panel.
The counter reflects how many outstanding comments remain until all have been addressed and completed.
Step 3: Sort through each comment and click “Reply” to respond within the thread. Ensure any necessary files/assets are attached and not missing.
Please note no new comments can be added at this stage, you are only able to reply to existing ones.
Step 4: Once all our questions have been clarified, click the orange “Submit Feedback” button to resubmit to the design team.
This step is essential to officially close out the feedback round again. Please note all comments must be addressed before we can proceed.
Step 5: You will receive another confirmation email once feedback is resubmitted. Next, the design team will work on the changes and send you another email when Round 2 is ready. Then the process will repeat.
Please note an updated draft will be provided within 3-5 business days. If the design team has any additional questions, we will reach out again.
FAQ
How do I submit new feedback comments?
How do I submit new feedback comments?
No new comments can be added at this stage, you are only able to reply to existing ones. As the feedback round has already been closed, you will have to wait until the next round to submit new ones.
What is considered a "content-related" change? Why can't I submit any?
What is considered a "content-related" change? Why can't I submit any?
We only accept design-related comments, such as visuals/aesthetics, at this stage. Content edits that differ from your original document upload will not be accepted. This includes text changes, deleting pages, rewriting sentences, inserting new subheadings, fixing grammar/punctuation, etc.
For context, the design team isn’t permitted to make any content changes that differs from the original upload as it's already been signed off and approved. Your team will have full access to the handbook at the end to make any needed edits.
How do I send over missing file attachments?
How do I send over missing file attachments?
Please try to attach any files/assets to the corresponding comment, as the design team uses this for tracking purposes. If files are too large or you're running into errors, feel free to reach out to the design team.
We can create a shared Google Drive folder for you to drop any assets into. Alternatively, you can try sending it via email or using a free transfer service like WeTransfer.
Why was my feedback comment rejected/omitted?
Why was my feedback comment rejected/omitted?
Common cases include missing file attachments or vague comments, which are usually easy fixes. Ideally, comments should be as clear and descriptive as possible, with actionable next steps. Trickier cases may involve requests for custom designs. Regarding design capabilities, we use our editor builder to create your handbook using pre-coded page templates. Some templates cannot be altered and may limit design flexibility. For example, pages utilizing a "collapsible text box" cannot have background images applied. To convert this to a different page template, we would require your green light approval. Either way, we will always flag and try to suggest an alternative solution.
Important note: Our design team doesn’t create custom graphics from scratch, such as infographics. These types of requests may be considered outside of scope and could involve a separate charge. If you’d like to explore this further, please contact your designated Customer Success team member.
Can you show us all available page templates and what the design limitations are?
Can you show us all available page templates and what the design limitations are?
Absolutely! Feel free to reach out via email and the design team can send over a screenshot overview of all available page templates we have to work with for reference. Hopefully, this extra insight is helpful in case it impacts your next round of feedback. You can request to change/convert to other page templates, we just require your green light approval.
Why was my handbook design put on pause?
Why was my handbook design put on pause?
This may be because our design team hasn't received your submitted clarifications. Please make sure to click the orange “Submit Feedback” button to resubmit to the design team. This step is required to officially close out the feedback round.
Important note: In other cases, your handbook may be paused if extensive clarification or structural rework is needed. If this happens, we will contact you via email. For example, if the overall handbook setup needs to be revisited, your designated Customer Success team member will reach out directly, as this may impact the design as a whole. We will defer to them to work with you and re-open the design stage when ready.
