How to Add a State Addendum

Learn how to add a new state addendum to your AirMason account.

Step 1: Log in to the admin portal.

Step 2: Click the blue + New button beside your handbooks at the top of the screen.

Step 3: On the new document page, scroll down to find Start with one of our templates. Click the State and Federal Addendum tab along the top.

Step 4: Browse the list of available states and click the blue Start button for the one you need.

Step 5: A new browser tab opens with your selected state addendum. Scroll through the document and edit as needed.

Step 6: To rename the document, click on its title at the top left of the screen.

Step 7: Remove the old handbook name and enter a new one. You can also update the URL for the handbook.

Step 8: Click Save to keep your changes.

Step 9: Exit by clicking the X on the top left corner of the screen.

Step 10: To return to the admin dashboard, click the AirMason title.

With just a few steps, you can add and customize state addendums for your AirMason account to stay compliant and up to date.
