Step 1: Ensure at least one of your groups has access to the handbook. To grant access, follow these instructions.
Step 2: Click the three dots.
Step 3: Select Settings.
Step 4: Go to Reports.
Step 5: Click New Report.
Step 6: Name your report.
Step 7: Set up employee filters to filter reports by groups or signature status.
Step 8: Set the schedule for when the reports should be sent.
Step 9: Add collaborators by entering their names or email addresses.
Step 10: Click Generate Report to complete the setup.
