Step 1: Navigate to your AirMason admin dashboard. Hover over the handbook you want to give employees access to and click on Access in the bottom left corner.
Step 2: Click on Access again.
Step 3: Choose the group or individual you want to grant access to.
Step 4: After making your selection click on Continue
Step 5: Then Confirm & continue
Step 6: A pop-up will appear where you can decide to send the welcome email now or later.
Step 7: If you choose to send the welcome email now, you will be given the option to uncheck Default, so you can personlize your email text
Step 8: Once you have chosen your email language click Finish & Send welcome email
Step 9: Alternatively, you can select No, I will send it later. This means your employee will be given access to your document without receiving any correspondence until you manually send the email later.
Step 10: Click Finish.
Step 11: Now, you'll see that your employee has been added, given access, and the date they were added.
