Step 1: In the admin dashboard, click the three dots in the top-right corner of a handbook.
Step 2: In the dropdown menu, select "Settings".
Step 3: Scroll to the bottom "Automated welcome emails" section and enable the toggle is be set as on.
Step 4: Click the "Customize" link beside the toggle to edit the welcome email.
Step 5: A pop-up will appear where you can use the default text for the email's subject line and message body or insert your own.
Step 6: When you're finished, click "Save changes".
