Sending individual reminder emails
Step 1: Hover over the handbook and click on "Signatures"
Step 2: Type a name to find the employee you’d like to send a reminder to
Step 3: Select the employee you'd like to notify by clicking the checkbox next to their name
Step 4: After selecting the employee, click "Send Reminder" below
Step 5: Uncheck the "Default" boxes to customize the wording of your email if required, then click "Send Reminder" to send the notification
Sending Bulk Reminder Emails
Step 1: Filter the list of employees by Status “Unsigned”
Step 2: Click the check box at the top of the list to select all employees (note: use the bottom dropdown to view and select more than
Step 3: Click "Send Reminder" below
Step 4: Uncheck the "Default" boxes to customize the wording of your email if required, then click "Send Reminder" once more to send the notification
