Step 1: Please ensure your handbook is published. (If it's not, you'll need to publish it before proceeding.)

Step 2: In your admin dashboard, locate the handbook you wish to download. Click on the three dots in the top-left corner.

Step 3: From the dropdown menu, select "Download handbook".

Step 4: Select the format for your download –– you can export as a web-based PDF or a Word document.

Step 5: Next confirm the version of the handbook you wish to download.

Step 6: If need to rename the handbook file, you can do so here.

Step 7: Once you're all set, click on "Download".

Step 8: Voila! Your file will now be processed for export.

Step 9: You should receive an email shortly when the handbook is ready for download. It will include the link to download like the below example.

FAQ

Why have I not received an email yet on my exported document?

Depending on your handbook size, it may some time to export the files into your preferred format. If you have not received your document within 24 hours, please contact hello@airmason.com for further assistance.

Why aren't I given the option to download my handbook as a PDF or Word Document?

This is most likely because the document you are trying to download is not yet published. Please try going back into the editor of the document and click "Publish" in the top right corner. Then refresh your dashboard and try downloading the document again.

How long does it take for me to receive my exported document?

It may take up to 24 hours as our system is processing your file to be exported. If you have not received your document in 24 hours, please contact hello@airmason.com for further assistance.

Where is this feature available? Can employees export a handbook?

Currently, this is only available on the Admin side of AirMason. Any collaborators that have access to a handbook will be able to export the handbook.

My exported document is missing or distorted pages, what should I do?

If you notice missing or distorted pages in your exported document, please reach out to us at hello@airmason.com as soon as possible. Our team will review your downloaded files and assist you in resolving the issue.
