1. Click on the 3 dots on the handbook you want to change
2. Click on Settings
3. Select Unlisted link
4. Click on Save changes
5. Click on Yes, change the security
This means your handbook WILL NOT be visible on employee portal, but employees will need to log in to AirMason to view.
