The Find and Replace feature is a powerful tool that allows you to search for specific text in your handbook and replace it with a new word/phrase instantly. Whether you're correcting a repeated typo, or changing a company name across an entire document, this feature can save you hours of manual editing.

Step 1: Open the handbook you wish to edit.

Step 2: Press Control and H on your keyboard. A pop up will appear in the bottom right corner titled Find & Replace.

Step 3: Under Find, enter the word you want to replace.

Step 4: This will direct you to all instances of that word in the document.

Step 5: Under Replace with input the word you'd like to use as a replacement.

Step 6: Decide if you only want to match words with the same capitalization.

Step 7: Choose the Replace option for the words you want to change, or use the

arrow to move to the next word.

Step 8: If you prefer, select the Replace All option to change all instance of the word at once.
