To integrate ChartHop with AirMason, you need to be added as a collaborator on the account. If you don’t have access, contact the account owner or admin to grant you the required permissions for IT integration. For instructions on adding a new collaborator, refer to this guide.

Setting up AirMason app on ChartHop:

Complete the following steps to allow AirMason to read employees information from ChartHop:

  1. Login to ChartHop and go to the gear icon at the top right-hand corner

  2. Click on Apps & Integrations.

  3. Under Available Apps, click "Install" button available for AirMason app.

  4. Once the app is installed, it will generate an Oauth2 Bearer Token/API Token. Please copy this token as we will be using it later.

  5. Your browser url will be looking something like this: https://app.charthop.com/johnsmith/settings/apps/airmason/5fa2dd7bcb69a87f96db49bc
Text between "app.charthop.com/" and "/settings" is your organization slug. In this case, it is "johnsmith". Please copy your organization slug as we will be using it later.

Connecting ChartHop app to AirMason:

  1. Now, login to airmason and go to Integrations page

  2. Select ChartHop app from HRIS Platforms and click on Connect and set the following params:
2.1. API Key as your Oauth2 Bearer Token/API Token value
2.2. Slug as your Organization slug value

Testing ChartHop integration:

  1. Now, login to airmason and go to Integrations page

  2. Select ChartHop app from HRIS Platforms and click on Configure

  3. You should see a button named Sync Employees. Go ahead and click on it. It will bring your ChartHop employees into AirMason

  4. Now go to Manage Organization > Employees (link) and you should see your ChartHop employees being populated there.

Note: If this integration is setup then it will automatically run every 24 hours and will insert/update your ChartHop employees into AirMason.
