1. Private Link

This is the standard security level. It means the document will show up on the employee portal where people will first need to log in before viewing. Acknowledging is required.

2. Unlisted Link

This is the same as the private link other than the document won't show up on the portal. Choose this option if you will be sending your employees the handbook URL directly or if they will be accessing the document from a direct link from another AirMason document.

3. Public Link

This requires no login and can be shared with any external party. You can set a generic password if you like. NOTE: no activity or signature tracking is available on public handbooks.
