How to install/upload a custom font

In seconds, you can upload your custom brand font directly to the AirMason Editor for use across your digital documents.

1. Open the Editor and open the "Theme" tab in the sidebar, where you'll find font customization options for heading, subheading, and body text

2. Click to expand and select the first dropdown to change the font

3. Click the option to "Add custom font"

Once you click the dropdown, you will see a list of available fonts within the handbook and an option to search. Click the option to "Add custom font".

4. Select the box in the pop-up to upload your font files (you can upload multiple files at once if required)

A pop-up will appear where you can upload your font files here. (You're allowed to upload more than one file at a time.)

5. Double-check these are the correct font files (you can remove any by clicking the trashcan icon to the right of the name)

6. Ensure the acknowledgement box is checked off before proceeding to click "Upload"

7. Once you click "Upload", wait for the fonts to be uploaded. You should shortly receive a confirmation message

Please note if a font fails to install, it may mean the font has already been uploaded or it's an incorrect file type. Check the existing list in the dropdown to begin with, then check your file.

Once you click "Upload", wait for the pop-up window to display the confirmation message.

8. Voila! After clicking OK, you can now view and select your successfully installed fonts from the font dropdown list. These will appear under "Uploaded"
