Guide to Branding Documents on AirMason

AirMason makes it fast and easy to keep your documents on-brand and beautiful. In just a few clicks set up your fonts, colors, and logos, so every document looks polished, professional, and consistent.

Step 1: Set up brand fonts

Go to the Theme tab. Use the style dropdowns to pick fonts for your headings, subheadings, and body text.

Pick a font from the list, search in the box, or upload your own (.TTF or .OTF file) using the Add custom font + button.

Changes will be applied throughout the handbook automatically.

Step 2: Customize link colors and table of contents

Turn on link coloring by entering your brand hex code in the Link Color box.

Here's also where you can customize how the table of contents looks to employees. Pro tip: Preview table of contents by clicking the Menu button.

Step 3: Add your brand palette

Head back to Pages, then switch to the Style tab.

Open the Background dropdown, where you’ll find the brand palette. To add a new color, click the plus button, enter your HEX code, then press Okay. To remove a color, double-click it and select Remove.

These colors can now be easily used for backgrounds throughout your document. Pro tip: The same can be done for font colours by clicking the Font button on your toolbar and selecting Custom:

Step 4: Insert images, photos, and logos

Also in the Background section is where you'll find your photo library. Under Use a photo, click the plus button to open your image library.

To add new images, such as custom photography, illustrations or logos, go to Upload.

Adding your logo to a page is as easy as clicking into a text box, hitting the Image button on your toolbar, then selecting and confirming the image you'd like to use. Once on-page, simply drag to resize.
