Connecting AirMason to HiBob lets you automatically sync your employee data, so you can skip manual employee uploads and keep your account information accurate and up to date. Follow the steps below to connect the two platforms and import your team in just a few minutes.
Step 1: Open the Manage Integrations page in your AirMason admin account and find HiBob in the list of available integrations.
Step 2: Select the HiBob integration, then click Connect to HiBob.
Step 3: Log in with your HiBob credentials.
Step 4: Review the app permissions screen, where you'll choose which employee data AirMason can access. Click Authorize to confirm.
Step 5: Choose the AirMason organization you'd like to connect, then click Confirm.
Step 6: Back on the Manage Integrations page, click Sync Employees. Your team will be imported into AirMason. This usually takes just a few minutes to appear under Manage Organization.
Step 7: To view your imported team, click Manage Organization from the admin screen. You'll land on your employee list, fully synced from HiBob.
