Our Find and Replace tool allows for fast and consistent text updates across a handbook. It is ideal for bulk edits, maintaining consistency, fixing repeated typos, updating company names, or applying global changes without manual editing, etc. This feature helps save time and ensures content accuracy throughout the document.

Step 1: Within the AirMason editor, use the keyboard shortcut Control + H to open our "Find and Replace" tool. A window pop-up will appear in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Step 2: In the "Find" field, enter the word or phrase to be located across the document.

Step 3: Now all matching instances of the text will be highlighted within the handbook.

Step 4: In the "Replace with" field, enter the new word or phrase to use as the replacement.

Step 5: Enable the "Match case" checkbox if capitalization needs to match exactly.

Step 6: Click "Replace" to update individual matches. Use the arrow buttons to navigate between them or...

Step 7: Click "Replace All" to apply the change to all matching text in the document.
