To integrate Sage HR with AirMason, you need to be added as a collaborator on the account. If you don’t have access, contact the account owner or admin to grant you the required permissions for IT integration. For instructions on adding a new collaborator, refer to this guide.
Setting up Sage HR
API Key:
Click on your name on the top right, then click Settings.
On the settings menu, click INTEGRATIONS, then click API.
Click ENABLE API ACCESS to activate access to API and provide you with your unique API key.
Sage HR subdomain:
Each company has a unique subdomain for Sage HR. You find this this subdomain at the top of the page when you log into Sage HR. ie: subdomain below is overlookhoteloc
Connecting Sage HR to AirMason:
Now, login to AirMason and go to Integrations page
Select Sage HR from HRIS Platforms and click on Connect and set the following params:
2.1. API Key as your API Key value from above
2.2. Sub Domain value as your subdomain value from aboveOnce you have successfully connected to Sage HR, you will see a green check mark.
To start syncing your employees and click configure
Click Sync Employees.
To check if your employees have been added:
6.1. Go to manage organization
6.2. Under the employee overview, you will see the employees added from Sage HR.
