You can quickly and easily download data for an employee who’s no longer with your business right from your AirMason admin dashboard. Login here then follow these steps:
Step 1: Find the tile for the document you need, hover, then hit “Signatures”
Step 2: Click the "Archived" tab
Step 3: Select the employee(s) from the list whose activity you’d like to download
Step 4: Hit "Export signatures"
Step 5: Give your file a name and choose which format you’d like to download your report in (PDF or CSV)
Step 6: Choose which employees you'd like to download. Change the status to Archived and select which version of the handbook you would like to download.
Step 7: Finally, choose anything extra you would like included in the report such as acknowledgement and activity only, read receipts and tracking time.
Step 8: Once all these steps have been completed you can click Download signatures.
Step 9: A modal will pop up in the bottom left corner – keep the page open while this runs the report
Step 10: Voila! Your report is ready to view.
