To integrate UKG Pro with AirMason, you need to be added as a collaborator on the account. If you don’t have access, contact the account owner or admin to grant you the required permissions for IT integration. For instructions on adding a new collaborator, refer to this guide.
Setting up AirMason on UKG Pro (formally known as UltiPro)
A. Creating an account for AirMason to access employee data:
1. Go to Systems Configuration
2. Click on Security
3. Click on Service Account Administration
4. Click Add
5. Create a username (AirMasonAPI) and email (hello@airmason.com)
6. Find employee export and check "view Role"
7. Click Save
8. Create a password or generate new password
B. Find the Customer API Key:
1. Go to Systems Configuration
2. Click on Security
3. Click on Service Account Administration
4. Top left corner next you will find the 5-character code next to Customer API Key
C. Find the URL Endpoint:
1. Click on Systems Configuration
2. Click on Web Services
3. You will find the base domain URL that is repeated in each link.

The italic is the base domain you will need to provide.

Connecting UKG on AirMason
To integrate UKG Pro with AirMason, you need to be added as a collaborator on the account. If you don’t have access, contact the account owner or admin to grant you the required permissions for IT integration. For instructions on adding a new collaborator, refer to this guide.
1. Click on Integrations
2. Find UKG
3. Click on Connect
4. Enter the username and password from step A
5. Enter your Customer API Key from step B
6. Enter your Host URL from step C
7. Click on Connect
Testing UKG integration:
Now, login to AirMason and go to Integrations page
Select UKG app from HRIS Platforms and click on Configure
You should see a button named Sync Employees. Go ahead and click on it. It will bring your UKG employees into AirMason
Now go to Manage Organization > Employees (link) and you should see your UKG employees being populated there.
Note: If this integration is setup correctly then it will automatically run twice a day and will insert/update your UKG employees into AirMason.
