Page tags function similarly to "hashtags." When keywords are applied to a handbook page, they enhance search results. Page tags significantly improve the user-friendliness and accessibility of handbook searches.

This ensures that when users search using such keywords, relevant pages appear in the search results, guiding them to specific information in the handbook. Each page can have multiple page tags and can be re-used again.

For instance, on a "Paid Time Off" page, you might tag it with keywords like "sick days" or "vacation" for easier retrieval. On a "Benefits" page, you might re-use the "vacation" tag.
