How to send welcome emails/activation links

Automate the entire process with a few clicks.


1. Click on "Manage Organization" at the top of the screen.

Click on Manage Organization

2. Select individual recipients, or click the uppermost check box to select all employees.

Check the employees you want to send a welcome email to, or use the check box at the top to select all employees

3. Select "Invite".

Click on Invite

4. Turn the toggle on to include an activation link.

If you want to include an activation link turn the toggle on

5. A confirmation panel will appear. Click on "Yes, send!"

Click on Yes, send!

6. Voila! Your email is en route.

Your employees will then receive this email
