Use our common page feature to invisibly link individual pages โ€“ allowing you to update one in one document and publish across all, vs having to repeat the work in multiple documents.

If you have a page within a handbook that you want to appear in all of your documents on AirMason, you can make it "common". Here's how to drop a page from one handbook into all/others:

1. Navigate to the page you'd like to share and click this symbol to make this page common

Click on Make this page common so it is available in other handbooks.

2. Turn the toggle to Yes

Toggle Yes

3. Use the dropdown to select which handbooks you want the common page to appear in, or choose "Add to all of my handbooks"

Using the dropdown box you can select which handbooks you want the common page to appear in, or choose Add to all of my handbooks

4. Click SAVE COMMON PAGE. This page will be dropped in at the end of any of the documents you selected; if you make edits to this page within any document, those changes will appear in all of the handbooks.
